RIN TOHSAKA.

What is there for Archer to say about Rin? She's his Master, and more than that, she's the one he chose to protect before he died in the Holy Grail War. Having finally chosen to defend a human being instead of an unattainable ideal, Archer is a little out of sorts to find that he actually has to follow up by living with the consequences of that decision in Haven, especially since Rin remembers two years of living in a place called "Mayfield" that Archer knows nothing about. Still, after months at her side, he's been able to haltingly confess to her how deep his feelings run, and beneath their bickering, the two now attempt to pursue happiness together even in the bleak environment of Haven.

ANGE USHIROMIYA.
ENTREATS Umineko no Naku Koro Ni	From their first meeting, Archer has been convinced that this somewhat caustic young woman is the sort of person who needs to be protected. Maybe that's why he's a little soft towards her? In any case, he doesn't mind so much that she's quite strange. He just hopes she keeps having someone to look after her.

MIKOTO MISAKA.
TSUNDERBOLT A Certain Magical Index	Surprisingly, this girl seems able to hold her own against Archer when talking to him. That's a rare enough thing that makes him grudgingly appreciate her. That, and the fact that she's proven herself capable of fighting as well. It also doesn't hurt that she's very useful around the apartment as a source of electricity.

HIRO KAGEYAMA.
THESHININGONE Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2	Archer doesn't think much of this kid's judgment. He really has a habit of saying some poorly-thought-out things. Every so often, though, one of those things strikes home, and Archer has to wonder if maybe Hiro isn't a total idiot after all. So he keeps an eye on him, and maybe he listens to what he has to say.

GANNICUS.
GODOFTHEARENA Spartacus	An ordinary man with no superpowers who is nevertheless a master of the sword as well as his own fate, Gannicus is everything Archer is not. (Plus, he keeps hitting on Rin.) Their encounters inevitably lead to friction, and it doesn't seem like that's going to change any time soon, even if they are sometimes allies in defending Rin.

GIORNO GIOVANNA.
MUDA_MK2 Jojo's Bizarre Adventure	It's through Rin that Archer met Giorno, a man with an eye for unraveling the mysteries and horrors of Haven. They've worked together on this task in the past and as such have become tentative allies. Both men are pragmatic enough to avoid prying too deeply into each other's troubles, and Archer appreciates that.

SAYAKA MIKI.
SELFLESSSELFISH Puella Magi Madoka Magica	A girl with sword-summoning powers and a desire to be a hero. Archer knows for a fact that there's no way this desire can end well. He can tell he's going soft, because he wants to try to give her advice on how to not turn out terribly. It's not going very well, though.

CYNTHIA.
GALEFORCER Fire Emblem: Awakening	A member of the so-called Justice Cabal, Cynthia is dedicated to being a hero in the most cheerful way possible. That alone makes her one of the most irritating people Archer has met here, and just to make things worse, she has him pegged as a "gloomy hero" himself.

OWAIN.
AVENGINGAVENGER Fire Emblem: Awakening	Another member of the "Justice Cabal." Everything about this guy gets on Archer's nerves. Maybe they really are destined rivals. As much as he hates to admit it.

DONN.
VENESECTION Original	A kind, gentle soul. For some reason, Archer can't seem to get a rise out of the guy no matter what he does. Maybe his kindness and gentleness is sincere? This bears closer watching.
